Every single staff member I met here played a role in helping me live a better life and I will always be grateful to them all! From Karen getting me into the program to Michelle, Patrick, Megan, Geneva, Dana, Brandi, Dylan, Shay, Carson, Jess, Rhonda, Alyssa and the list could go on. Michelle helped me with everything from personal problems, legal issues, helping me get clothes, finding options for after treatment. She was more than amazing and caring every time I saw her and I'll never forget it! My counselor Patrick who wasn't afraid to ask me the hard questions that helped me face all the trauma I'd been hiding from which significantly improved the value of my life and my self worth and Megan for being a daily symbol of strength! Geneva, Dana, Brandi, Dylan and Shay were always there for my health by helping me find the right medications, stay on schedule and just being there to talk and joke around with if I needed them! Last but far from least Carson, Jess, Rhonda and Alyssa were there everyday to rebuild structure and responsibility in my life and to show me that sobriety is possible! I'm so blessed and thankful to each of them for being a part of my journey, improving my life and helping me become a better man and father!

From that second that I made that phone call it was full of people who genuinely cared and saw that I could ReDiscover myself. Sarah was my counselor and had a heart full of Hope for me and gave me the tools that I needed to be successful to where I am now. I never thought that I would be able to be what I am today. I have been to counseling for years even done EMDR, but I never felt like I found the key to what I truly needed I always felt like I was missing something. I'm a recovering alcoholic.. the staff are mostly all recovering addicts.. so they get you! on your level.. the in house recovery is what I went through.. they have an awesome place.. nice beds, great food.. I gained 20 lbs while I was there.. it's truly on another level of care.. classes and counseling is where it's at.. they are amazing.. Again, I don't comment much.. this is strictly for the love of the next person.. Im just an old country boy.. if you find yourself in this situation.. On July 11th I called EagleCrest looking for a place that could help my adult son with his addiction. From the moment I spoke with Karen on the phone I... read more knew we had the right facility. The amount of understanding and care that went into the initial call was comforting for a mother that has dealt with addiction for so long. When talking with my son she continued to comfort and navigate the steps we would need to follow so he could get his life back, get all our lives about. He has done a 28 day treatment program and has come out finally looking forward to his next steps. They helped him find a sober living house where he can continue to heal, improve and learn how to get his life back away from drug use. We are still on our journey but EagleCrest was the first right step that we made. This mother would recommend making that call to them and letting them help your family like they have helped mine.
