The food is plentiful, nutritious and healthy snacks are freely available 24/7. On-site, trained medical staff are available 24/7 to help with any issue. They also provide a shoulder to cry on or simply a listening ear to hear you out no matter the subject matter. For any BH and/or addiction issues, I personally recommend Eagle Crest Recovery!! I have the utmost respect and compassion for each and every one of team: CEO, Senior Management, Clinical-Interdisciplinary Team, Peer Recovery Specialists and Medical Team. The staff is great, and after a few kinks were... read more worked out, the food was awesome, everyone respected each other, as addict/alcoholic to addict/alcoholic. No one was exclusionary. I’ve been here twice, and the groups have always been the same. Housing is good, rules are there but justified, and the detox process was made as easy as could be. Big shout out to Amber at detox, as the first thing she said was “I wish it were under better circumstance, but I’m glad you came back.” Holidays there’s events, outings, they’ll bring you soda, tobacco, whatever you need to be as comfortable as you can be. Only place I’ve seen that’s like that. It’s like vacation with class, but you’re clean. I’ve yet to see the new property but if it’s half as good as the old one I know it’s spectacular. 5 stars would recommend if you want to be treated like a human in your recovery. Edit: I was not given laptops, etc to look for employment after asking multiple times from Connie, who said he’d push it through, which didn’t happen. Not necessarily Connie’s fault, but there definitely needs a work program more active than there is now. 8/10 addict/alcoholic there is either between jobs or needing a new one. Getting out of rehab is one thing, finding your new job is another. Otherwise you’ll be back where you started.

The amount of understanding and care that went into the initial call was comforting for a mother that has dealt with addiction for so long. When talking with my son she continued to comfort and navigate the steps we would need to follow so he could get his life back, get all our lives about. He has done a 28 day treatment program and has come out finally looking forward to his next steps. They helped him find a sober living house where he can continue to heal, improve and learn how to get his life back away from drug use. We are still on our journey but EagleCrest was the first right step that we made. This mother would recommend making that call to them and letting them help your family like they have helped mine.
